Yesterday I needed to find a white elephant gift for work, so Rigby and I paid to visit to SE Hawthorne Blvd. Between 35th and 38th, there are three great knick-knack shops that are perfect for finding small presents, especially during the holidays.

And best of all, they’re dog-friendly!

This is probably the biggest store of the three, and my favorite place to buy greeting cards. Rigby knows she can score a cookie if she makes puppy eyes at the register.

Lots of little hipster-y gifts here, including some dog products! They also have a huge collection of enamel pins, which make good fit-in-an-envelope gifts for faraway friends. 

There are homemade ginger treats behind the counter, too, and Rigby knows it!

This place has some goofier gifts and a few themed sections (think Star Wars and Star Trek). I ended up getting my white elephant gift here, including (yes) this wonderfully creepy little finger-hand.
